I ran my own health protocols for years and kept the receipts. TRT, enclomiphene, GLP-1s, peptides, longevity stacks, and serious recomps, each one tracked across full annual cycles instead of guessed at. The writing here is what stuck after logging bloodwork, blood pressure, body composition, and supplements long enough to see the trend instead of the noise.

The method is simple and it does not change. Measure first, change one thing, then remeasure on a cadence that fits the biology rather than the calendar. A marker that moves slowly gets retested slowly. A safety marker that does not wait for steady state gets watched sooner. Everything lands in one place where I can compare it over time, which is the whole reason the trackers exist.

How I work

Every load bearing claim traces to a primary source: a number, a threshold, a named study, or an official guideline. Health is a trust sensitive topic and a figure without a citation is just an opinion. Where the clinical guideline and the self experimenter reality diverge, I say which is which. Guidelines are written for one doctor managed drug optimizing for caution and cost. The reader here is usually self funded, optimizing for longevity, and often running a stack, so the guideline is the floor, not the answer.

None of this is medical advice. Bloodwork and a clinician are non negotiable before any prescription or research compound. What I can offer is the tracking discipline and the reading of the data, learned the slow way and written down plainly.
